In reference to the clutch slave cylinder, the 1990 mustang will not have one, it has a cable that runs from the top of the pedal assembly to the clutch fork on the side of the bell housing.

Clutch feels loose,no pressure. gears are stuck, shifter wont moveis it the clutch adjustment?

The Clutch Master Cylinder or the Clutch Slave Cylinder has a leak. From under the dashboard, located the Clutch Master Cyliner Boot and pry one side open. If hydraulic fluid drips out, the piston seal(s) in the cylinder are worn. You'll need to replace the cylinder.

1994 4X4 pickup cluch fluid line bleeding . Fliud cyliner has fluid but cluck doed not work

Check the clutch master and slave cylinders for leaks, look behind the rubber boots as the boots can trap the fluid. If all of that is good then you use normal bleeding procedures: step on the clutch, have someone open the slave bleeder to let fluid and any air out, close slave bleeder, repeat.

The best way is to gravity bleed. Open the bleeder nipple on the slave cylinder and let the fluid drip till it's steady and no bubbles. close and dopne deal. loosen reservoir cap while bleeding.

Trouble engaging clutch

Check the clutch slave cyliner for leakage. Is the resivoir full? It may be either your clutch master or clutch slave cylinders. The car is kinda new to need a release bearing or clutch disc. Check your hydraulic system (master and slave).
