Here is a picture showing the disassemble of the power steering. You will need a pulley extractor tool to remove the pulley.

ive nvr heard of it like that but coolant can get into your engine and that can be your problem if the car dose not want to turn it is your main belt or a pully can be lose

Start at the crankshaft (bottom pulley) and loop the right side behind the belt tensioner. Match smooth pulleys to the back side of the belt and grooved pulleys to the inside of belt. There should be a pic on a label under the hood also.
