Replace the wiper motor. The module is built into it. And it has lost it's park position.

Wipers only work sometimes

check that you do not have the wiper control set on delay . It is the first stop on the arm and on some cars it is adjustable by turning the knob on the lever to give different delays according to the rain conditions. The next stop down will be continuous wipes at low speed and the last stop will be flat out speed of the wipers.

Wiper delay stopped working

The delay works off a circuit board which is built into the wiper motor. A new motor will only fix this problem
