Throttle position sensor?
How do you know they are reading max voltage?
Are you trying to replace the voltage regulator?
On the 2.2 zafira, z22se engine. There is no MAF sensor. Which is why you can not find it. Instead it uses a combination of the IAT (Intake Air Temp) and the MAP (Manifold Air Pressure) sensors. The IAT is the small plastic sensor on the side of the intake duct. The MAP sensor is just after the throttle body. You need to take the whole throttle body off to get at it.
Intake air temperature sensor is usually located about six inches or so behind the throttle body. It screws right into the top of the intake manifold and has two wires.
Map sensor should be a single hose from the sensor to the intake manifold. On the newer ones they attach the map to the throttle body with a short nipple between the sensor and the TB base, eliminating the hose..
MAP is normally on the throttle body. O2 sensors are always on the exhaust pipe, one near where the pipe attaches to the exhaust manifold the other back near the catalytic converter.
The IAT sensor is most of the time located along the intake tube right after Between the throttle body and MAP sensor. Just follow your air intake tube from your air filter housing to the Throttle body.
Good luck.
