Question about 1994 Cadillac Eldorado
In warm ambient temperatures this is very close to normal.
If it isn't you may have some blockage in the radiator and should be flushed.
Ideally, I'd like to see a drop of about 4 degrees on each.
But that amount could be the sensor range slightly out.
When the temperature reaches the high end of the scale the radiator cooling fan is coming on and increasing the airflow through the radiator.
The thermostat is fully opened around 195. The computer senses the temperature and turns on the fan at the high end of the scale.
If your system is not boiling over it should be fine.
