It's way up under the dash on the interior firewall behind the junction box and BCM (Body Control Module) - drivers side. Due to where the relay is placed in this year Chrysler Minivan it takes a lot of labor and time to replace.

1990 3.3L plymouth voyager fuel problem, the van will turn over but isnt getting any fuel....need to either get a relay? or a fuel pump, it looks like there are 2 fuel pumps in the tank? eeeer!

one pump. Check for power to the pump there should be power anytime the engine is cranking or running. If there is no power than you can work your way back through the wiring, relays, fuses. If there is power and there is no fuel pressure than the pump has probably failed.

1990 Grand Voyager will not start. No fire to

The 1st one from the strut is the ASD (Auto Shutdown relay) which can't be overlooked in this matter, The 2nd one is the started relay. Both of these can sometimes be tapped with a screwdriver handle lightly to get to work.

Fuel pump

yes the fuel pump is in the tank. There are relays and they are under the hood in a black box that should say fuses and relay. Under the lid of the relay box it should show you a diagram as to which one it is. If you are not getting fuel at all then it is most likely your fuel pump. Relays usually exceed the life of a vehicle. Please rate. Thanks.
