When running air conditioner,cannot get

-   I have a 2004 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax with Dual Zone ATC. This solution will not work due to the fact that there is no Vacuum motors on this climate control system. It is all electronic... Electronic control head, wires, motors, actuators, etc. Occasionally it will change positions, but usually settles out at defrost. I pulled the control head out and any other easy access panels and found no apparent wiring damage. I believe the problem lies in the mode doors but I have no diagrams or info to confirm this. -   t_calkin
