I have a 2010 F=250 super duty gas p\u when going up inclines truck loses power and pings. what could be problem

Distributor is to advanced (engine timing)needs to be retarded (turned back)have a professional set the engine timing and it will solve your problem...have a nice day:~)

    could also be poor gas but timing is not right.

Sudden lack of power and pings when i get into the pedel replaced maf sensor and fuel pressure is good.


Check timing and also make sure your running a good grade of gass. If the octane is low or the gas is watered down you will have similar problems, use some water remover and see if that helps

2003 PSD 6.0L ran fine until I started off the


fuel pump when you started up the incline the tank was not full the gas went to the back of the tank made the fuel pump run dry now it no longer has the right pressure to support the engine or the filter cloged in the tank

You can get a performance chip to install into your computer, that will change all that. Go to a good autoparts store and ask. ZOOM...seeyalater!

1984 Rabit loses power while going up an incline


Fuel pump and injectors are plugged. Any time a car sets with gas in it the gas separates and will varnish the fuel pump and injectors and possibly cause a fire just like a Vette I had to work on had the same problem. That means new fuel pump and filter and possibly injectors.

when was he last time you changed the fuel filter ? change it and see how much cramp is in it ina glass

My 2003 ford super duty loses power to the electrical devices, gauges , radio, odomeder, wipers..when i hit a bump


Likely to find a loose connection to the dash harness, turn on the devices that fail when hitting bumps, and grab the harness and jiggle to make concern appear.  If so, trace to weak connection point.
