Check to make sure the switch is on. The two general locations for these switches are in the trunk compartment on the left or right side or on right front passenger kick panel, there may be a cover over it. make sure its not a fuel reset if you locate a switch.

check freon level first. You should hear the compressor clutch kick on under the hood when you turn it on. Can you hear and see it come on and start spinning the compressor?

you need to confirm if the compressor is getting engaged when u press both the ac button and the fan is on. if it is not engaging the refrigerant has leaked and the pressure switch is not sensing the required pressures to engage the compressor

A/c fan not working

A/C fuses are 9 and 20 located in the glove box. If the auxilary fan is not coming on that will affect ac as well the fuses for that are 7, 22 (in glove box) and fuse 76 which is behind glove box. Does the compressor come on at all? Does the ac switch light come on?

AC Low Pressure location on 2004 Chevy Suburban

You find the AC low pressure at the top of the compressor, orientated toward you , facing the front of the vehicle. You can also follow the compressor line to reach the port.

The valve is covered a plastic cap covering it.
Near the compressor you find two ports, the high port and low port.

To find out which one is the low port, run the air conditioner for a couple of minutes withthe engine on.
Then turn off the care and touch the lines from compressor to the two ports covered with plastic caps. Only one of the pipes will be cold, the cold line will lead you to the low port.

Regards.

A/C Compressor Clutch

Low refrigerant charge. Unit is cycling on the low suction pressure switch.

This is a measure charge, so it needs to be pumped down, leak located, repaired, and a fresh charge measured back in.

A/C light blinks and compressor stops working

It could be correct, However when that light flashes it mean that the system have a problem for example "system pressure low" or High. Its possible that the system have a leak in it and thats why the light may have come back on again. What you need to do is have the system check for leaks with an ultra violet light and dye. Good Luck
