Injector pulse is conrolled by the computer and the spark is controlled by the inghtion mudule. even though the spark is happening the computer gets it's pulse information for the inghtion module too. So the ingtion module ( in the distrubutor ) can be bad on the injector circuit. If the fuel pressure is too low the fuel won't flow either. On Vortec engines the fuel pressure has to be 50 PSI or higher or it won't even start. The throttle body engines have to have 20. If not the fuel pumps hose inside the fuel tank may have a whole in it so the pressureized fuel from the pump just leaks back into the tank as the pump is in the tank. This happens alot. The injectores ( in the throttle boby) ( you did'nt mention the engine in yopurs) should have power on the one wire with the key on. The other wire should have a pulsing ground as the engine is cranked. To test this, connect a test light to the battery positive and the pointer to the wire and crank the engine if the light flashes the circuit is good and if the power is good this circuit is'nt the cause of your problem. On the throttle bobvy engines theirs a tap in the fuel line going to the the throttle bady near the back of the intake. a pressure gauge can be connected here to check the pressure. some don't have this fitting and you have to remove the fuel filter and put a tee connection wher the filter was and check the pressure there,. The fuel filter is inside the frame rail on the drivers side 1/2 way down the side on the truck, towards the center of the truck. Fuel pressure is a common problem.

I cant start my cant. with a obd2 code readers i got a code and it say missin fire cilinder three. i have check it and had a bed spark.i change all of them and did not start.check for fuel pomp and there...

check if the injectors is getting gas
  1. there is a hose from the fuel filter to the injector rail,
  2. disconnect from the rail and place it in a bottle
  3. turn the ignition on and you should see gas pump into the bottle.
check to see if the injectores are opening
  1. remove the injector rail, together with the injectors, hooses and eletrical plug intact.
  2. face the injectors up and away from the engine
  3. have someone tumble the vehicle, you should see gas pump out the injectors.
If there isnt any, then check to make sure the injectors are getting power.

Engine cuts out like it cant get gas when accelerating, sometimes when at driving speed the car cant get gas , then after a min it runs fine , also trouble starting like it cant get gas...i dont smell...

Depending on year. I would check cheap things first. First check lines for leaks. Replace Fuel Filter with new one. If fuel injected? have fuel injectors checked. If Carberator? Check for Vacuum leaks around the throttle body, Check Intake, and carb itself for leaks. Now i would go ahead and check the Fuel pump. If Injectors? Have the fuel pressure checked. If Carb? Try a new Pump.
You didn't specify what year and model or what engine. So It's kinda hrd to figure it out. but i gave you the basics for all engines.

Ran out of gas,put 2 gals in tank got it started drove 25 miles, now it wont start. engine cranks but wont start and cant smell even the faintes hint of gas....

the debris from the bottom off the tank may have clogged the fuel filter and or the injectors. theres no fuel getting into the engine, change fuel filter, thats about $25.00. if problems persists try an injector cleaner.

Cant get gas through either jet

the throttle bodies will not spray gas if the ignition module is bad or the pickup in the distributor. the module is the more common problem

Car starts but need to apply gas to keep it going. Once the gas pedal is released, the car stalls.

Have a look at your fuel sysytem which comprises of injector and fuel pump and the fuel hoses.

Good luck.
