Do you mean the original clock on the dash?
if that is all you have to do is: use a pointed pen to press the hour, then the minute. Better still simply press the 'set' button before you adjust the clock.

Check your cigarette lighter/aux power port it may be on the same circuit as the clock. If the fuse is OK then it is likely an internal issue with the clock itself. This is a very common problem with several clocks. Clock Setting Procedure
1. Press and hold the time button until the hours blink.
2. Adjust the hours by turning the right side Tune / Audio control.
3. After the hours are adjusted, press the right side Tune / Audio control to set the minutes. The minutes will begin to blink.
4. Adjust the minutes using the right side Tune / Audio control.
5. To exit, press any button/knob or wait 5 seconds.
