Question about 2005 Toyota ECHO

Open Question

I have a 2005 model Toyota Echo Rush and can't change the clock. The manual says to use the 'Minutes' and 'Hours' buttons - but these don't exist in this model! A friend once managed to change the time using the buttons that also change the radio station in some sort of configuration, but I can't remember how - anyone able to help???!!!

SOURCE: trying to change the time on the clock

Do you mean the original clock on the dash?
if that is all you have to do is: use a pointed pen to press the hour, then the minute. Better still simply press the 'set' button before you adjust the clock.

Check your cigarette lighter/aux power port it may be on the same circuit as the clock. If the fuse is OK then it is likely an internal issue with the clock itself. This is a very common problem with several clocks. I offer a repair service that has a lifetime guarantee and is several hundred dollars cheaper than buying a new clock (that will also eventually fail).
