If the car is at normal operating temperature and the car does not over heat and the air is cold you possible have a bad heater core.

Heat gauge goes way up,then by reeving motor it will go down.blows cold air

could be your heater core, um try checking the heater assembly in the dash, something may have broke so the heat isn't being switched over, and it is staying on cold. Regularly check the fluids in the motor and top up as needed

1992 Toyota 4Runner, overheats, radiator,upper and lower hoses and thermostat new. Water pump has about 10,000 miles. upper hose heats up, lower hose stays cold. Heater blows only cold air. Help

Hello i have a 2000 toyota 4runner limited 4x4 . i live in maine and when i start the truck up in the morning to go to work, after the truck warms up it puts out nice heat. but after i drive it for 10...


bleed cooling system.run engine with red cap off till up to temp.replace cap before turning off engine.might have to add more coolant while running.

Heat blowing in back under the seat but no heat in the front


Except your engine does not carry a factory fitted AC.

The hose that connects to the dash board should be re-aligned.

That should fix it.

Sounds like your heater coil could be clogged. Its a small radiator like device that hot coolant is pumped through to heat the cabin. its very small so clogging is pretty likely.
