What needs replacing when my blower motor only works in the 2nd and 3rd position on my 2005 Chrysler town and country?

You would need to perform the diagnostics to pin down the cause. It could be the dash switch or burned wiring connector to the switch.

2012 jeep libery blower motor control processor location

Processor? This system consists of a control unit ( switch/selectors ) a blower motor resistor and a blower relay. If the blower fan is not working on all speeds, suspect a resistor ( common problem ). If the fan is inoperable, possible fan motor, fuse, relay, wiring and in some cases the resistor as well. The resistor is located under the passenger side dash area close to the heater motor. The wiring coming from the heater motor will plug into the resistor

Heater switch replacment

Hello! it's my job to make things as easy for the customer as possible...Therefore I must ask why you want to replace the heater switch? Is it because you have lost one or two of the switch speeds? Your vehicle is noted for loss of the Blower Motor Resistor...
Changing the Heater switch means removal of the Climate Control Assembly which is not the easiest of jobs...I've included the process...But are you sure the blower resistor is OK? If you have lost 1,2, or all blower motor speeds it's more than likely the Resistor pack. And a lot easier to change...

Last week the heater blower motor stopped working on intermediate speeds and would only work on high. Today after working for a little while on high I lost all speeds of the blower motor. Is it the switch...

resistor for sure, the switch would have caused all speeds to fail as it only has one moving contact but the tapped wirewound resistor is a common part for this fault.

Inside fan switch has 4 speeds only high works,

I have great news!It is not that bad!Look near the blower motor in the blower case housing ther is a blower resistor. It will have a multi-wire plug in.Unplug this ,and remove the two screws that retain the resistor in the box.Pull the resistor out ward,it will be out.The part store will have it or can get it for you. This is your speeds for your blower motor. If the blower is making any kind of racket,or seems to be slow when it is on high selection, replace it also, cause this is the cause if the resistor going out.

05 chev 2500, blower motor 3rd speed was not working and now it only works on 5?

This is due to the fan switch or blower switch, the one in the dash not functioning properly. You need to replace this switch.
