Question about 2000 Plymouth Grand Voyager
I had the same problem on my 2000 grand voyager and the problem was solved when I replaced the battery !

It could be a bad instrument cluster, from time the solder point inside could crack, or cold solder point. Remove and check for cold solder point. Re-solder.
