Question about 1997 Chevrolet Camaro
If you haven't salved it already.. a few things to check
Bulb type.. ensure you have the correct one
Socket condition. Check to make sure the bulb socket is in good condtion as the wire leading to it. It sounds like you have a short in the circut.
The turn signal lever switch would be next.. as well as the turn signal relay itself.
Chances are it's at the socket..

Try replacing the seal around the light. You are getting condensation in the light so make sure that the rubber seal on the external light cover is ok, and also the washer on the bulb plug itself is ok.
