My turn signals or my hazard lights don't work at all, so we figured it was the flasher but don't know where it is located. Could you please tell me where the flasher is located on a 91 mazda b2200 pickup.

The turn signals and hazard flasher should be on two different circuits, so I doubt a fuse would be the problem.
The multi-function switch in the column is the only thing I know of that would affect both.
A mechanic would test the circuits at the harness plug.

check the fuse if good then turn on the hazard lights if they work then you probably need a turn signal flasher which is a separate flasher unit then the hazard one.it usually looks like the hazard one so with the hazards on and locate it then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and you will also know not to change the wrong flasher unit.the signal flasher is often located at or near the under dash fuse panel or somewhere in the dash you don`t say what type of car your talking about.

Your vehicle has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The turn signal flasher relay is located on the drivers side, under the dash, mounted on the drivers (Left) side of the steering column. The hazard flasher is mounted on top of the steering column. Do not get them mixed up.

It's probably the turn signal flasher. It is usually located under the dash along with the hazard light flasher. If you don't know what it looks like, then go to a parts store and look at a new one. Once you have located one, then remove it. Try the hazard flashers. If they work, then replace that flasher with a new one. If they don't, then reinstall that flasher and look for another one like it. When you find one, replace it with the new flasher and try the turn signals. There are usually two flashers that are used on most cars. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. They are usually located under the dash. If you don't know what they look like, then go to the parts store and ask to see a new one. Once you locate both of them, see if they have the same part number stamped on them. If they do, then switch them and see if the signals work.
REMEMBER : The key must be turned on for the turn signals to work in most cases. The hazard flashers will work with the key off.

There are 2 separate flasher relays. 1 for the turn signals and one for the hazards. I believe you have a bad flasher relay for the turn signals. The location of that is in the front seating area on the drivers side, under the dash on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted on support bracket. I provided a picture of what it should kind of look like although the picture I gave you is an aftermarket one so the color and such may be a little different but will look the same. Don't get it mixed up with the hazard relay which is located in the front seating area on the drivers side under the dash above the kick pane lmounted on top of the convenience. I am almost 100 percent sure the flasher and hazard relay are the same so if you want to just swap them out in order to have turn signals that should work. You won't have hazards however. try the hazard flashers if they work then the fuse is good,check the lights with the hazard flashers working.if they are all working then its should be the signal flasher that is bad.its located at the fuse panel and is round in shape.make sure you replace the signal flasher and not the hazard one.with the hazards on you can tell which one is the signal flasher as it will not make any noise they look the same and people tend to replace the wrong one.

you don`t say but do the lights work either on the front/back on both sides.if not then it may be a fuse that needs replacing or need a bulb replacement.if the lights work but don`t flash then it sounds like a signal flasher problem.the flasher is located in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if the hazard flashers work then turn them on to find the hazard flasher by the fuse panel then you will know what the signal flasher looks like and change the signal flasher.make sure you change the one for the signals and not the hazard one.if the hazards work then i would say the signal switch is good as the hazards work through the same switch.

you need to check to see which bulbs don`t work both front and back lights for the signal on the side it`s not working,you don`t say if any signals work or not if no signals work then you need to check the fuses under the dash on the driver`s side.now if it`s just one side then check the lights as mentioned above.if one isn`t then replace the bulb.if neither bulb is working then it sounds like the signal flasher is not working.turn on the hazard flashers and check the lights front and back.if all bulbs work then leave the hazards on and look under the dash for the flasher that is making the noise,this will show what the signal flasher will look like,then find the signal flasher on the fuse panel under the dash it should be located on the fuse panel.and replace

I believe the hazard/flasher relay is located under/left of the dash . I think if you remove the under panel under the steering column it should be attached to the BCM bracket under the dash on the left side.

Remove the left instrument panel (IP) insulator.
Remove the steering column filler panel.
Slide the hazard and turn signal flasher to the right, releasing the tabs from the Body Control Module (BCM) bracket.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the hazard and turn signal flasher.
