Rear Suicide Door Problems

The suicide back doors (ie. half doors that open backwards) are beginning to stick and one can only be opened with a lot of force. I have tried adjusting but cannot figure out how to stop the sticking. Any ideas?

both rear suicide doors do not open, when you pull on them they feel like they are locked. i have gotten in side the door and the latch seems to be seized is there anything i can do to unsieze it other then WD40?
