Question about 1995 Cadillac DeVille
Because you have a system fault in the ride control !!
If you expect us to guess at what part may have failed,
over the internet, without any testing, I don't think
that would be helpful to a solution to your issues

Yeah, your anonymous because you're an internet tough guy. Not everyone is a mechanic or a genius such as yourself. The guy/gal came on here for some info about an issue with his car. And you post a reply like that? ANDDD actually, for a service light to come on, WE-obviously meaning everyone except your brainy self-may be able to help someone narrow something down and maybe save some $$!! What is your malfunction anyways?!
You absolutely gave him no helpful or useful information. And so why would you even feel the need to reply. Seriously, why would you even post something like that. Is your life really that sad? I feel sorry for you and if your gonna post on here, please do NOT post under anonymous and please DO have something intelligent & USEFUL to say!!!
p.s. To the poster I Am srry for the rant and it is probably too late as I am sure you fixed the problem. But to anyone else who may have a similar issue; when the "Service Ride Control" light comes on, it is usually narrowed down to a few things. First, check the circuit-as it sometimes is that-and if indeed it is that, then you will save some money. Most of the time however, it is a a suspension issue-more with the struts than shocks. and they probably need to be replaced. Either going to a dealer & having stock like struts put in place, or putting in "passive" struts-similar to what the average car has-which will no longer be able to be read by the cpu. Repair costs vary on geographic location & mechanic...obv
