Oxygen Sensors on all vehicles
are in the exhaust system, and
either in the converter or in the pipe
just before it

They have wires going to them, so
there is no real looking around to do

This age vehicle has only one sensor so follow the exhaust pipe down from the manifold and you will find it with no problem

Where is the #3 bank 1 oxygen senser located on the exhaust system of my 1999 chevy s10 4x4 4.3 liter v6 pick up?

The oxygen sensor is located in the flow of exhaust and there will be two. the first is at the exit of the exhaust manifold where the head pipe attaches before the converter and the other is just after the cat converter.

Need to find/replace oxygen sensors

They are located on your exhaust between your exhaust manifold and your catalytic converter. You should have two of them.
