The thermostat is inside a round ball at the engine side of the upper radiator hose. There are two bolts holding the housing to the engine and a paper gasket to seal it.

Try checking fuses under the hood, and under the dash,
there are fuses in both locations, both on drivers side of vehicle.
I hope this helps you.

Show me a picture were the thermal cooling sensor is located in a 1999 Chevy Tahoe

Should be near the thermostat housing where the upper radiator hose connects. Sometimes it is on one of the cylinder heads.

I need to know where the fuse is located for my 99 chevy Tahoe cigarette lighter/obd port don't have manual

The fuse for the cigarette lighter is fuse #13...20 AMP ,

Power door locks on a 2004 chevy tahoe don't work

The door locks on my 1999 tahoe stopped working and I checked the fuse, which was fine. The problem turned out to be that the fuse for my cigarette lighter was bad and for some reason it also must be working in order for the door locks to work. Put in a new cigarette lighter fuse and the door locks worked again!

Air conditioner problems

If the air blows from the derfost and the footwells, then their may be a vacuum leak. Check under the hood there should be a vacuum line that goes from the firewall to a vacuum port on the intake manifold. Alot of times the line get corroded and breaks off.(If you find the pcv hose you are in the right direction)
