SOURCE: throw a rod
This is caused by a lack of oil to the rod bearing. Financially it will be cheaper to get a used engine and replace it as a whole. but if you desire, remove engine, turn upside down, remove oil pan, remove piston rod and bearing cap assy, inspect bearing, will be blue or locked and frozen/welded to the crank due to lack of lubrication.
