Question about 2003 Lincoln Town Car
If you push on the horn you may or should hear a click,this is the horn relay and this tells you that the fuse is good the horn pad is good and the relay is good.if you can`t hear the relay then check the fuse for the horn.if good then at the horn itself use a jumper wire from the battery positive to the connector on the horn itself(pull off the wire connector and check for corrosion of the connector and the tab it fastens to on the horn) the horn should blow.if not then you need a horn.
