is this a aftermarket alarm? try to disconect the battery under the hood for 10 min. not 9 min· it should rest the computor. not saying you stupied but the batters in the remote were installed corectley? every one makes mistakes i hope this helps·

I bough a E 350 Mercedes need to know what type of cradle I need so I can get my phone set up to the car.?


Go to the dealer and buy a bluetooth unit for your car fix it in to the phone cradle and same time ask them to activate the bluetooth in your car for you, service adviser will do it for you free, only service free you must have to pay for bluetooth unit,

Hello and welcome. this vehicle doesnt have a bluetooth option. it does have a cell phone that works thru the onstar system. however you have to have a active onstar. you can have this sytem activated at any time. just have to sign a contract just like any other cell phone provider.

You may have to go to your local dealer for them to activate the bluetooth function thru there scantool with a download.Call your dealers salesman they will be able to tell you.

I also have this same problem, I installed the bluetooth module and the ipod integration kit. I have the same head unit. Did you find an answer on this? if so let me know what you found out. thanks

HOW TO SETUP Voice Activated Controls For BLUETOOTH Phone ON SATURN 2009 AURA


To access the Bluetooth prompts, press and hold down the large button on the right hand side of the steering wheel. It has a pictogram of a person talking. At the prompt say "bluetooth" and then "help". The car will talk you through it. Alternately, head over to www.gmownercenter.com. This site is run by General Motors and registration gives you free access to your online owner's manual and other materials.

How to setup hands free phone support


as long as you have a compatable phone (consult your dealer for confirmation) make you bluetooth active on your mobile, then in pcm/phone settings search for phones. when it locates your phone it will ask for a code to input. type this into your phone and it should pair via bluetooth. you are now ready to make and receive calls via your pcm
