When starting and stoping the engine runs rough and shutters untill stopped. Runs OK otherwise Just had tune up and no problems come up when hooked up to computer. spark plugs changed but not wires.
Did you properly gap the plugs when you changed them? Improper spark will cause really rough idling at low RPM like that.

The truck idles rough and when your driving down the road and give it full gas pedal at low speeds it will almost stall. Plugs, rotor and distrubutor cap are all new thinking that was the problem in the first place.
