Just bought the 2001 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C220 CDI car, but no service book or handbook to show details of vehicle and what works what and maintenance requirements. Any ideas where I can get one other than a MERCEDES Main Dealer, if that?
Gave up looking and bought the books from the Mercedes Main Dealer yesterday!! Owners' Book (hardback) not sure it's the right one £22.62 plus 17.5% VAT and ServiceBook £3.29 plus 17.5% VAT, Total about £30.45. Problem solved Thank you.

Service Book also turned up about 3 months ago in an unmarked envelope with no covering letter. We guess must have come from the Dealers where we had bought the car. That's the only connection with the Town on the post stamp on the envelope. No problem though, but does give some of the history of the car and the previous service history.
