SOURCE: 05 Jeep Wrangler High Beams Work, Low Beams dont

There are no relays for the headlights. Your problem could be from the headlight switch. You would have to check and see if you have power coming out of the switch on the low beam side. Check with a test light.

SOURCE: precise location of fuel pump relay switch in 94 mitsi galant

I found the two relays that run the fuel pump to be located (under the kick plate on the drivers side of the center console on a bracket just below the radio but on the driver outer side of the center console.) note: I also found the reason for two relays ( the fist Fuel relay- only provides power when the key is cranking over the engine.. the MFI relay take's over the fuel pump when the Galant is running.) All my info is from chasing the wires back too it.. the dealership either don't know, or just don't want to tell you! this is said to be good for 94-00 years but i was working on a 97

SOURCE: My Blinkers dont work

See if the e flasher is engaged,if it is,this would cause the problem. Also, pull the flasher, and activate the turn signals, and see if there is voltage to where the flasher plugs in,if there is not, then you still have a defective multifunction switch.

Doorlocks dont work except from passenger side. mirrors dont work. windows dont work from anywhere

First, check all fuses to make sure that none are blown.

If the door lock switch works on the passenger side, then the drivers side door lock switch is probably faulty. Use a multi-meter to test the Drivers Side Door Lock Switch (Black and Pink/Light Green wires unlock the vehicle, and the Black and Pink/Yellow wires lock the vehicle)
If the switch is tested and found to be operating properly, you may have a faulty Body Security Module or Drivers Side Door Lock Actuator.

If neither of your Power Mirrors are working, you probably have a faulty Exterior Rear View Mirror Switch, Power Mirror Module, or blown Central Junction Box Fuse.

If none of your Power Windows are working, you probably have a faulty Accessory Delay Relay or a blown fuse in your Central Junction Box or a faulty Master Window Adjust Switch (all of the Power Window Switches feed through this Master Window Switch). If the Power Windows didn't stop working at the same time, you may have faulty Window Adjust Switches, or faulty Power Window Motors, this is very unlikely though. It would also be a good idea to inspect the wiring for any obvious damage.

Rear power windows wont work

First check the fuses for power with ignition on and a test light...if you dont have a test light locate power window fuse section and remove fuse carefully...some are hard to remove so you will need a plastic fuse puller or use small needle nose plyers...CAREFULLY..also check owners manual for relay. If they are not burnt you will have to check power at switch on the door panel...keep ignition on or have an assistant so you will not kill the battery by just leaving it on and possibly forgetting...You will have to remove door panel armrest assembly..some will become loose at connection and cause problem make sure it is connected will have to have a test light to check power at connection...If power is at the switch check power from switch to window motor connection... check here for loose connection also...If power is good here and all connections are tight and clean the window motor has failed..
This is normal to go bad...but not both at the same time....check for a relay when checking for fuse
If you find a relay mail me back and I will instruct you how to check will need a multimeter But if you dont have a multimeter it is best to take the old one with you to a parts store and get one like it....It will save you time and they are cheap.
I will be standing by............................hope this helps..............................

The horn on my 04 mitsubishi endeavor went out and also noticed at the same time the alarm on my lock n unlock remote doesn't work. How do i fix the problem?

Standing out side the car, reach in and push the horn pad. Do you hear a click under the hood?

If not, check your fuse. If the fuse is good, check the relay.

If you do hear the click, your horns have likely failed. You can check for 12 volts with a multimeter or test light on the horn wire when the pad is depressed to verify.
If the relay and fuse check out OK and you still do not have power at the horn wires, your pad may have failed or the wire has come loose from it. This is an airbag component and should not be disassembled without familiarity with airbag systems..

If you do have 12 volts at the wire with the pad depressed, replace your horns.

One horn is located below the drivers headlight.
The other horn is near the firewall on the passenger side.

Windows dont work

First I would check the fuse, if it is burned then it means there is a short in the system. It must be found and repaired before you can continue to check the rest of the power window system. If the fuse is burned, I would first suspect the power window switch, the power window relay, and last but not the least, the electric. motor. 1 time out of 100,000 or more times a wire if chafed or rubbing causing a short.

Most likely this is the case from what you tell me. Get yourself if you don't have a voltmeter or, just a 12 volt test lamp. First remove the door cover screws, door handle, locks etc., also remove the screws in the door switch drivers side. Then on the bottom of the door using a wide flat head screw driver gently pop the plastic tabs out so it don't look hacked. If your using a test light, connect one end, most of the time it's an alligator clip, connect it to a good ground, the door cross brace itself is a good ground and make sure it does not have paint on it. Touch the end of the light to the positive side of the battery to make sure the test light works OK. Connect the the light/lamp end to all the connections on the bottom of the power window switch ( drivers side ), one switch at a time, pushing the switch on and off to make sure all switches have power to both sides when button is pushed, if the test light lights while pressed on, then the switch's are good. If the switch tests good then I would have no problem buying a power window relay. Your Drivers side switch controls all windows that's why you check the power to that switch only. I would change the relay first if the fuse is OK because it's common to be the relay but, one never knows. I hope this is not too confusing but, it beats paying $$$$$$$$ to a dealer or repair shop if you can fix it yourself. And I have a feeling this is a easy fix. Good luck with your repair....tommyjg
