Fuse panel in the engine compartment. Testing them can be a pain but you will notice that just about every relay in the box has the same number. Just move them around. If whatever is going on does not change then the likely hood of have 2 bad relays is pretty unlikely.

best place is at the fuel manifold fittings as that will tell you the pump pressure and the regulated pressure.

2000 Acura CL 3.2 no power to fuel pump

Your emergency fuel pump cutoff may have tripped. If so you will need to find and reset it. Also maybe a blown fuse or bad fuel pump relay. The relay is most likely in the engine compartment inside some sort of black box easily accessible. Both the fuse and cutoff switch is most likely under the dash.

My 96 2.5 acura won't start put new fuel pump relay the engine turns but won't start up

Fuel pump relay is fine but are you not getting fuel still? If this is the case and I'm not sure of the model you have but since you say it's a 2.5 I'm going to guess at the TL. If this is the case there is also a fuse for the fuel pump. That fuse is located in the interior fuse box. It will be in the number 15 position (see picture of layout below). I am assuming fuel is the issue but if your not sure, check to see if you're getting spark to the spark plugs. If not you are in a whole different area. Not sure if this helps you but I hope it does. You can reply to this and I should recieve an email letting me know if you have any questions. you can always email me at csautomotivecars@att.net just let me know the model and year so I know for sure. Good luck!

Car wont start, i posted a video of the sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvFMbcd4C38

It sounds like there is compression but it wouldn't hurt to do a compression test. My bet is you either have a bad distributor or main relay. Google: "honda main relay" for more info - I know it's an Acura, same relay.

My fan wont start? 1996 acura my two radiator fans wont turn on?

Will one fan come on when you turn the A/C on? This tells you the fan and wiring is OK, and the problem is in the temperature switch or the cooling fan fuse or relay. If the fan will not come on with the A/C, it could be that both fuses are bad, or the fan control module is bad. Makre sure you check all of the fuses #4 & #7 (probably inside the car) as well as 47, 50, and 56 (probably in the engine compartment fuse box). If you have more questions, please let me know.
