Question about 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
If the check engine light is on you need to get the codes pulled. Without knowing the primary culpretes for this are intermitant crank sensor, camshaft position sensor, or knock sensor. If its not on its most likely a over heating coil or a bad ignition module. Another possibility is going to be the fuel pump going bad. However that is unlikely but possible.
