I was having the same issue. was about to replace the digital control unit. Then I disconnected the battery, took out the air filter and vacuumed out up in there, replaced filter, reconnected battery and reboot'd the ac controller. Everything works great now. Hope this helps. - Dan

The blower relay switch controls the blower motor, this sounds more like an air blend switch on the heater control head on the dash, not making the switch over in that switch.it could be the air blend door motor on the heater duct under the dash on the passenger side.this can be checked with a scan tool that has the capability to communicate with the bcm computer on this car.

No heat or air to 2nd or 3rd row of 2007 Chrysler pacifica

Dear An,
The vents that direct the air to certain areas of the cars or trucks are plastic, and over time, will warp, or stick, or break.
This applies to all cars & trucks.
A good rule of thumb is, 10 years of working correctly.
If you choose to fix this, or have it fixed, start with the under dash unit, in a ********* plastic box.
Open that up and see if everything is working properly.
Then go to the tubes or pipes that send the heat or cool to the rear.
This may requires taking the seats and the carpets out to access those tubes or pipes.
Understand a dealer may charge you many hundreds of dollars, or even a few thousand to do this, because it is "labor intensive".
God bless your efforts.

Possibly air in the coolant system. Some Chryslers have a bleeder screw located at the front of the manifold to bleed off air.

2004 chrysler pacifica heater controls won't change

Under the dash drivers side there are mode motors that control where the air comes from replace bad one or both the bottom one is recirculate. You could take a volt meter and see which one has power when you push button

Heat/air vents for defrost and feet setting not working. Air only blows from center vents. Is there a vacuum line or electric switch to control the air flow to lower and upper settings on my 2004 Chrysler...

I think your problem is mechanical. There is a distribution box behind thedash where flaps divert air to the specific locations although they may be electrically or vacuum actuated it is probably a mechanical linkage to these flaps or something is creating an obstruction. Check all the other connections while you are in there including any duct work to these areas
