The term is call TOP DEAD CENTER (TDC) on cylinder 1.
When the cyc 1 is at TDC the cam timing mark will line up.
Each cam has a dot. You will not see it until you clean up the oil

Make addition marks with white paint before remove timing belt.
You should do the water pump at the same time to save labor time.
