I printed a list of error codes from cumminsforum.com and P0148 is a fuel delivery error, P0154 is not in the list.
Hope this helps.

2006 Cummins Diesel throwing a P0148 DTC code, What's the fix for this?

Is this a 6.7? They had issues with particulate filter and exhaust maybe clogged. Therefore engine can't breath and is choked off when you step on the loud pedal. There is a factory recall before you throw more of your $$ at it, let a dealer look at it.

Fuel delivery error 0148 losing fuel pressure at an idle won't stay running at idle after 3 minutes

P0148 Fuel Delivery Error, this can be a clogged fuel filter or a weak fuel pump, now if you happen to have a diesel it could be the lift pump a dealer would replace that along with a Fuel Control Actuator to clear the code

Have 2006 dodge mega cab cummins diesel, code p0148 for fuel delivery comes on,replaced some parts no one can seem to solve this problem, truck has no power when needed, starting to look at the evap system...

Rad Ride, It is common that the dodge in fuel tank screen on the fuel pump, clogs with small particles from bad or contaminated diesel fuel, I have a 06 Mega same thing, if you are stock no mods I would turn the key to run but do not start it , listen for the pump running in the tank. You can look through the driver side rear wheel well and see the upper corner of the tank. I put a broom handle on it and one end to my ear makes for easy check. If no sound check the fuse, but changes the screen if you hear the pump running. If so, run as much fuel out of the truck with out running it dry and then you have to drop the tank and remove the fuel sending unit and pump with screen. You may get lucky and just clean the screen and if not the pump as a kit. I have a few mods so I went with the Airdog system which takes the pump out of the tank and adds better filters and air reductions. Hope for the best, Good Luck,

2004 dodge 2500 5.9 diesel code p0148 high fuel pressure

if you are usung any kind of tuner, turn it down. too much rail pressure leads to failed injectors. look into a good lift pump, at least one hundred gallons per hour flow rate.

Engine light won't turn off, replaced o2 sensors, same code p0154

unhook the battery for about 15 minutes and hook it back up... that should clear any codes and reset the light. if you have an anti-theft radio make sure you know the code for it and how to enter it.

Did you check the fuel filter?? It still may have some water in it.  I would change it and/or do a fuel pressure system test.
