And a 2003 Lincoln Navigator when they shut the car off and relay boxes keep ticking the door locks keep locking and unlocking how do you fix it

The power locks on this vehicle are controlled by a electronic module ( vehicle security module ) ! It use's inputs from door switches to control locking an unlocking of the door , Plus door ajar switches ! The first thing would be to check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes in the security module . Need a factory or professional scan tool for that . If you don't have one you'll need to check all inputs to the security module .

2004 Mazda RX-8 turn car off and remove keys. flashing interior lights, clicking noise from driver rear door. Remove battery cable to make it stop. Help!

The problem is an electrical failure in your circuitry. From Fuse to lights, to the door switches is a complete circuit. It is possible the lock switch is stuck or faulty making the motor keep running. There may be a relay that is sticking open for that door motor. Between the switch and motor if you do have the relay. I would try disconnecting the lock switch on that door first, then if it still occurs try disconnecting lock or window the one on the drivers side. If the problem still occurs, then your looking at a problem in the electrical such as shorted wire somewhere.

Central door lock on '95 Jeep Cherokee doesn't work. When door switch is used a click is heard but lock doesn't function. Electric seat on same fuse functions.

you need to lube up your locks a lot. Use liberal amounts of lube and work it in while using the manual lock/unlock on the door. Keep it up until it's easy to move with the manual lock/unlock.
