Question about 2002 Ford E350
On most belts, when you pull them and let them go to fast,they can twist. Disconnect the side panel (make sure it doesn't have any screws) and pop out the panel. Be careful. See if the belt is straight all the way through. If not, straighten and test. This may solve the problem. If not, you may need to replace the gearbox for the belt.
