Question about 2006 Ford Crown Victoria
There is a circuit breaker in the trunk on the left. Its purpose is to reduce the possibility of a fire in a crash. It is common for them to trip. Try resetting it.

Check the fuse panel(s) first and be sure there are no blown fuses. After that, look into the fuel pump relay - if it dies, you'll get no power to the pump. You can replace it for a few dollars with a new one.
