the CO and fuel/air mixture is not adjustable on modern cars , only on carburettors . the engine management system will ensure correct fuelling, if there is a fault with this then in most cases an engine management light will illuminate on the dash board
Fuel Pump Module-in tank, no compartment to replace fuel pump
Removal & InstallationTo Remove: WARNING Highly flammable mixtures are always present in any fuel related component. Smoking or carrying lighted tobacco or an open flame of any type may ignite the flammable mixtures. WARNING Even when the engine is not running, fuel in the fuel system remains under high pressure. Fuel system pressure must be relieved before working on or disconnecting any of the fuel lines, fuel tubes, or fuel system components. Failure to do so may result in accidental spraying of fuel, personal injury, or a fire hazard.

Adjust the curb idle with the engine warmed up and the choke off.
The air/fuel mixture screws should be adjusted with the engine warmed up and at normal idle speed, then turn each air/fuel mixture screw in one at a time until the engine just begins to mis-fire, then back the air/fuel mixture screw out 1-1/2 to 2 turns out a half a turn at a time until the engine idle is the smoothest. (your vehicle might have restrictor caps over the air/fuel mixture screws to limit the amount of adjustment)
The choke adjustments;
To adjust the vacuum tension pull on the choke pull-off:
Adjust the fast idle screw to the proper RPM with the engine cold and the choke on.
Unless your vehicle is really old and has a carburetor there shouldn't be an air mixture screw. Air and fuel mixture ratios on engines with Electronic Fuel Injection or EFI are controlled by the vehicle computer witch receives and sends information to and from a slew of different sensors like the oxygen sensors, throttle position sensor, the idle air control valve, Etc. Chances are you have EFI on your vehicle. If your engine is running rough or lacks power, try a complete tune up. New spark plugs/wires, new fuel filter, new air filter, oil and filter change, new oxygen sensors. Try running a bottle of injector cleaner and a bottle of water remover through the vehicle and see if it helps. Hope this helps.
There should be one screw (I'm assuming it's the Carter YF carburetor 1 barrel) that's by itself away from linkages etc, more to center at base of carb where it meets manifold, that is angled approx 45 degrees going in to base. That should be your mixture screw. What symptoms are you experiencing anyway?
