Here's what I can tell you, that code is a DEALER ONLY code, but there are lists of what that code means, here's one of them http://www.engine-light-help.com/chevy-check-engine-light.html, how ever this code is very vage and not too help full, but you might be able to find more info on it somewhere online.

- to find the code, just take it to an Autoparts store, most will read check engine light codes for free. My favorite is Autozone.Yes
