It should be either in the thermastat housing or in the center intake manifold near it, if not in either of those 2 then check behind the exhaust manifold probably on the right side in the engine block look for a wire going down there to find it.

My info says upper engine, center, close to water outlet, for the coolant temp sensor.
If your not sure look up wiring diagram for that sensor, note the wire colors. Autozone.com has free wiring diagrams as well as bbbind.com

Trouble codes 15 and 32 are showing up on my 94 GMC sierra GT 4x4 what are they

FYI it's kinda confusing when you list two different model years for your vehicle. In this case, it shouldn't make any difference. Code 15 is a low coolant temp fault code, possibly caused by a thermostat sticking open or a faulty coolant temp sensor. However, without knowing what engine is in the vehicle or whether it's fuel injected or carbed, it's hard to say what code 32 is pointing to. Depending on the missing info, it could be pointing to a fault in either the BARO sensor, EGR system, or MAP sensor. I suggest checking all vacuum lines first, as a broken or loose vacuum line could cause a fault in any of those circuits.

coolant is making its way to the piston and combusting with the gas.

1 or both routes are the only possible way.

Idles rough, foot to the floor barely moves, 10mph tops maybe 20,

Sounds like you need a coolant temp sensor. You want the one that reads the computer, not the gauge. This is a common problem on these trucks.
