Horse shoes light in dash broad

That is the TPMS warning (tire pressure monitor sensor). Check your tire pressure. The light/symbol is actually supposed to look like a flat tire.

Look in your under the hood fuse box for a 100 amp fuse, if blown replace it. It should be bolted to box not removed like normal fuses

Warning lite on dash looks like a circle with hash marks on and another looks like a radiator barely on.

Well the way the instremant cluster is wired on this vehicle is not what is called hard wireing . Instead there is one connection that plugs into what is a plastic mate or call it a bread broad that connects to all of the insterments and lights on your dash broad. So if your haveing problems with all of the lights in the cluster it must be a problem with the main connection to the mate You will need to remove the instreament panal from the dask i can" tell you exactly what needs to be removed but most can be removed with out removeing the entire dask .Look for the nuts and bolts and clips its likely a half a dozen fasteners and clips pull the cluster back enought to see were the connection is unplug it and spray some electrical contact cleaner on it then replug it in then unplug it do this several times and a lot more then likely this will make the problem go away

There is a red blinking light on top of front window dash broad and it beeps 3 times

I believe it's a security light, meaning your system is working. You should check into the owners manual for more information.

Not starting nothing at all

little to broad could be fuel system or electrical systems, it's not starting as in when you turn the key it makes no noise at all or when you turn the key it cranks but does not turn over? or does it start then die immediately?

the occasional not working leads me to believe it's loose wiring or a short in the wire somewhere

Dash broad lights not working and u turn dimmer

If its none of the fuses, it will most likely be the dimmer switch.

This happened to my eclipse also, although I wasnt so lucky, I needed a new computer, while the dimmer switch and fuses were fine.
