Mine is the idler pulley furthest down on the driver's side. After paying to have it silenced twice and having it squeal again within 2 weeks, I lubed it with turbine oil and it quieted for a year. you have to get under the car on the drivers side. There is a dipstick, but it's very short and if you do manage to reach it from the top your gonna burn yourself.
Of course have the engine warm and on a level surface when you check it.
