Ihave not had any luck removing rusted filters without bending the line. Your best bet would be to cut the line a couple of inches back from the filter and re-install the new filter using rubber fuel line and hose clamps to splice it back together. BE SURE THE RUBBER LINE IS FOR FUEL LINE!

Gasline replacemnt

Fram# G7315 or Wix# 33311 these are two common companies that you can choose from. This filter is pretty easy to work with. Caution: use care while working with gas. It is both flammable and can cause chemical burns on your body. Use approved eye protection and gloves. Keep your work area safe, have a fire extinguisher ready, and make sure that there are no sources of heat, open flames, or sparks, near your repair. Also have a drain pan in place to capture fuel during disassemble. You will need at least one metric flare nut wrench for the flare nut. The larger nut, attached to the fuel filter, will except a regular open-end wrench, if you don't have a flare-nut wrench available. If this filter is more than three years old, you may need to be patient. dirt and salt can cause rust which will slow down disassemble. Tapping the flare-nut, with a small hammer, may shock and loosen up the rust. Don't strike it too hard. You want to loosen the rust without damaging the fuel line or the flare-nut. I usually rub some moly-grease or never-seize, between the fuel-line and the flare-nut and the threads of the flare-nut. If you can not free up the flare nut from the fuel line and the fuel-line is still in good, safe condition then leave it alone. Spin the fuel filter off, unplug the other side and reassemble. There is an O-ring between the fuel-line and the threaded side of the fuel filter. Make sure the O-ring stays on the fuel-line during reassembly. I hope this helps, please let me know if you have other questions or just to let me know how the repair went, good luck.

Is there a way to fix(bend it back) a bent A/C line without replacing the A/C lines ?

I can't see the image, but the short answer is no.
The line you are trying to heat up has gas in it that is minus 30 degrees.
You may be able to bend the line an 1/8 inch or so, but not much.

How to install brake lines

In many cases this is a straightforward procedure. You just install the new ones where the old ones were that you took out.
Now in actual practice this can become a freaking nightmare when rusted bolts will not come apart without breaking.
Hopefully your new lines are already bent to the correct shape. If they aren't then you need a special tool to bend them properly. Without the bends made properly you could accidently pinch off the flow causing a very dangerous condition.

How do I change the fuel filter in a 1970 Caddy Fleetwood, 472 ci and where is it?

If you can locate where the fuel line goes into the Carb. Remove the fuel line then the larger nut behind that. The fuel filter is inside the larger nut.It is hard to try and get the fuel line off without both moving or twisting the fuel line, and most times there is not enough room to bend it out of the way to get the fuel filter out.If all else fails you can cut the metal line just leave a few inches back from the nut then when reinstalling you can patch it back with a rubber fuel line and clamps. You may also look into installing a inline fuel filter in better location.Well hope this helped.

I really like this car. I had to pull the break line from the front to the rear as it was rusted beyond belief. What is the best way to install the new break line

The best way is to save the old line and match the new one bend for bend and put in where the old line was connected.

Where is the fuel filter located? I look under the truck n can't find it.

Look under the passenger side, the exhaust comes down from the manifold and bends at the frame. You'll see between the exhaust and the frame a heat shield. Remove the two 13mm bolts on the frame and bend the heat shield downward, it will be able to bend back into position without breaking. Then there are 2 10mm nuts holding a plastic cover, behind that is the fuel filter. Ford has many different methods for clips on fuel lines, you may need a removal tool, and/or new plastic clips, which you'll find at the dealer. If there is a red or blue plastic clip, be careful, they are part of the fuel lines and not servicable.
