I have the same problem.... main front round vents not working.
Air is only coming out of defrost & floor vents.

I am having the exact same problem. Air comes from the defrost and floor but not from the four front vents. I have been told that it is a servo/actuator that is behind the dash. I have yet to talk to a dealer.

Same problem, but mine showed itself directly following a new battery installation. Coincidence?

2003 envoy xl fan not blowing air out front vents. But air coming out back vents but its hot

sounds like you have two problems, if there is no air from front then you need to ck power to your blower motor, if no power you need to ck your blower resistor and connector, second if no cool air from rear your compressor may not be engaging, make sure you ck your fuse for the front hvac system.

most likely there is a napkin in the intake vent under one of the front seats.check to see if there is something in it,use a wire hanger to pull anything out, this should work.

My 95 jeep grand cherokee wont blow air out of the front vent only on bottom vent and defrost

Most of the time the problem is that the upper hose that feeds the air to the vents has fallen off and is blowing air somewhere else.

Dash vents will not blow air. Defroster and floor vents blow fine.

Is it a new vehicle? I had a new vehicle that had the same problem. Answer was that the holes weren't punched out of the vent.

2006 Envoy SLT air suddenly stopped blowing from vents

the resister block needs changing... oddly enough i'm unsure of what fan you are saying is not working.... if it's the front.. the resister block is located on the duct work under the dash for the air... near the fan... you will see a connector going into the side of the duct work. two screws and the block comes out... should be fairly obvious for the rear one but it will be near the fan.
