For 1999 BMW 740IL 4.4L EFI DOHC 8cyl drain the cooling system (on some engines), this requires removing the plug from the bottom radiator tank.

Good luck.

Also, could check this DIY link BMW-740/740_Pages/Maintenance-Pages/Water-Pump-740

    Image 20: Let's drain the
radiator. Here is what BMW called the drain plug, HAVE your bucket
ready and simple turn it towards the X and then pull like a mother
f'er. I actually put a fat screwdriver in there to get some leverage
    and it popped loose.

How do i find the fuel pump relay switch on 2000 bmw 740il

I do not have the 740IL manual, but generally the fuel pump relay is either on the right side in the trunk above the battery or behind the glove box. (there is usually a little card indicating which relay it is)

98 740il bmw water leaking from back of engine and i can't see where its coming from

probably a hose, take it to a mechanic and ask if you can get it pressure tested. They will put a cap on your radiator and pump air through it and the water with run through and leak where there is a problem

Were is the drain plug for the radiator on a 1999 Tarus located?

Most radiators don't have drain plugs anymore. You just remove the lower hose. Loosen the clamp and twist back and forth until it breaks free.

I need to change the oil on my 94 BMW 740IL.

Depends how competent you are here and what sort of tools you have. You will also need to replace oil filter if you wish to replace oil within the engine. The oil has to be drained from underneath the engine and allow it to sit for few hours while draining as this will ensure all the deposits at the bottom comes off.
