You'll need to replace the turn signal multi-function switch. It is grounding the white feed wire from the flasher when it is not supposed to. This is a really common problem with these. I have heard of people cleaning the switches with electrical cleaner and having that work as well.
If any turn signal doesn't flash that means you have a bad flash relay. It is not that hard to replace and should be in your fuse box underneath the hood. Go to your local automotive parts store and let them know you need a flash relay for your turn signal and they will know what you mean and they may even put it on for you since it doesn't take that long. Have a good day!
The relay is dead. This is VERY common on these cars. It's built into the hazard switch. Get a new one (inexpensive even at a dealership, but cheaper still at www.ecstuning.com), and replace it and you'll be back in business.
Well it sounds like you have a short circuit somewhere. it apperars to be messing with the relay that you replaced. have you checked all the fuses in your fuse-box? how about all the bulbs on the exterior of the vehicle? try those things then post back.
