I would take the battery out and have it tested to make sure that it is fully charged and that the battery is even good.If the battery is dead have a new one put in.If your still having a problem with it having a slow turn then have your starter tested to make sure it is good. This can be done by taking it out and having your local auto parts store test it for you. Both the battery and starter can be tested usually for free.

If you see the dashboard lights it does NOT mean the battery is charged enough for the starter to work. Charge it (overnight) or try to jumpstart the car. Or if you want to be sure measure the battery voltage. If it is less then 12V you need to charge it.

Bike not starting

Do a plug elimination test, take the lead off one plug at a time and turn over the engine. If one particular plug being disconnected makes no difference then that plug is probably not firing. In this case try replacing the plugs.

92 Toyota 4runner truck was running perfectly fine Later in the day went to start and the alarm just started going off and wouldn't turn off. Truck won't start even with keys turned in igniti

The alarm system somehow got activated , this is usually because the battery becomes discharged or disconnected try doing this:
Remove the key from the ignition
disconnect the negative battery terminal
put the key back in and turn to ON
exit the truck and leave door open
reconnect the battery terminal
get in and leave door open, if the alarm horn stays off it should start.

What fuses or relays would cause a hesitation when starting car

Are you sure it is relays and not the starter solenoid? A weak battery gives same symptom.

I put the key in and it won't turn engine over . I think the wireless control module is bad.

Do you have another key ? Try that one and see what happens. Sounds like your old key fob is not making contact with the pcm.have it cheched out

Won't start. Turn the ignition and nothing. The engine light comes on and the auto theft light comes on for a few moments and goes off. I tried the couple things suggested in the owners' manual...

if nothing happens when you turn the key the problem is most likely the ignition switch and housing(had mine replaced 3 times already. firstr time at 12,000 miles) what you can try is hit key with rubber mallet while trying to turn but this would only be to get it started so you can drive to a chevy dealer(dont waste your time at any old repair shop for this). Hope this helps.
