Check engine light on or flashing ? Engine misfire an you fried the catalytic converter but that is just a guess without testing . Can't help you don't have a lot of money . Your best option , take it to a qualified repair shop an have it tested properly .Don't guess ,test .

Vehicle drive smooth then all of a sudden the wheels starting to tighten car slow down.

what makes you thing the tires/wheels tighten (felt by hand off ground?)
my guess , you meant it seems. like???
1: lost engine power?
2: transmission not up shifting?

is this a auto A/T or manual M/T tranny,
if A/T , you need to look at the engine RPM when you lose
power (acceleration on demand)

RPM rises, car dont move faster ,this is tranny slip.
RPM fails to increase, and speed, up hills. this is called lost engine power.
lost engine power can be caused by , bad spark (tuneups skipped?)
or weak fueling.
weak fueling too can be cause by skipping the fuel filter step in the tune up list.

Service engine light came on and then Reduced engine power light came on; no warning signs ... just lost power and could not go faster than 10mph. What could have caused this?

Dirty throttle body is highly probable....clean this with the battery disconnected, when finished, hook the battery back up and drive around for 20 minutes or so for the computer to reset.

have the timing checked. i had one with this exact problem, and what had happened was the timing belt had skipped a tooth, backing off the timing enough to lose power under load. good luck!

Lost power under load

When you changed the pump, Does your pump have the regulator & filter on top of the unit or do you have a separate filter? If separate, did you change it? Of the codes you listed, the one I'd pay the most attention to is the manifold air temp sender...If faulty, it can mess with the fuel mixture, which can throw off other readings. (not saying you should ignore them entirely but it's doubtful all those items all failed at once) Re-test fuel rail pressure also...not impossible that you got a defective pump.
Good luck....need specifics on anything, I'm always here!!

1997 Bonneville lost power going up a long hill

The only thing that comes to mind is the catalytic convertor in the exhaust system. It can become restricted, reducing flow in the exhaust system, which also reduces engine power. These convertors run at fairly hot temperatures, and the extreme heat and conditions aggravated,or overloaded it.It's not very expensive to have it checked at a reputable muffler shop.I have seen extreme instances where this caused parts of the exhaust system to turn red, glowing hot.
