"You'll need a press and a bearing puller....

There are two ways to remove the retaining ring:

1/2" drill bit through the center of it. When you get close, it will fracture and you can remove it by hand.

    OR

Cut off wheel. Again, most of the way through it will fracture. Just be
careful not to knick the shaft, which is real easy to do.

You can also use the cut off wheel to remove the bearing, again, take care not to damage the shaft.

After you get the bearing off, the seal and retainer plate will slide right off.

To put it back on, you'll need a press. But be sure to pack the bearing
and seal full of grease on assembly - you don't want to burn up a new
bearing/seal before diff lube can get out there! I'll put it all
together, then take grease and fill the void between teh seal and the
bearing. Then duct tape around them, covering the void. Then push the
seal towards the bearing. Doing so should push the grease through the
    bearing race"

I need a new fuse box for my 1984 cj7

On a car that old I would shoot for a serviceable used replacement as opposed to a new one. Only a dealer could find you a new one and that is doubtful. Look for used jeep parts on ebay or craiglist and many junkyards have their inventory online, bear in mind that it is slim pickens finding parts for vehicles over 10 years old.

I need a wiring diagram for my jeep. I need to trace things out so it will run.

Honestly the best advise I can give you is pick up a Chiltons or Haynes manual for your Jeep. It will have complete wiring diagrams, troubleshooting, and lots of helpful info on fixing the Jeep. You will thank me later because I guarantee this isn't your last wiring problem in the Jeep.
