How to reset ESP FIAT 500

You need a diagnostic tool that can reset fault codes on your dash. Most garages have these, you can usually buy cheap versions of them yourself on eBay which do actually work for basic functions and are a good investment as they will tell you the fault code which tells you in more detail the problem causing the fault symbol.

But if there is an ongoing problem causing it, it will just simply come back on after resetting the light until the cause of the problem is fixed. If your not confident on doing it yourself, i would always reccomend taking the car to a qualified mechanic as sometimes you can do more damage than good if your not careful. If you need to find a diagnostic tool to fit your car, reply and i will try and help you.

How to reset check engine light warning

normally to reset a check engine light all you have to do is unhook the battery for a couple of minutes and then hook it back up. if you are having a sensor problem though this check engine light will come back on after you drive the vehicle for more than 3 minutes.

Code 1346 on 2002 toyota sienna

P1346 is the code for:
VVT Sensor /Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/ Performance Problem (Bank 1)
If the code came on just after the timing belt replacement more than likely the sensor was damged in some way during the work. The sensor is located in the same area the mechanic was working in while changeing the timing belt. You should have this checked right away. A faulty cam sensor can also lead to the vehicle not starting.

I have a problem with my 2001 Toyota sienna, took it to inspection yesterday to get inspected and didn't pass results Cat not ready and evap not ready, inspector tell us run the car couple miles and bring...

If the "evap not ready" readiness monitor never clears and you keep getting P0440,P0441,P0446 type codes, then you have a problem with the evap system. You have already tried the gas cap (good start) but there are about 6 other things it can be from electrical VSV air valves (there are 3 of them, 2 under the hood, 1 near the charcoal cannister (behind fuel tank) to 2 air operated valves on the front of the same cannister. There is also an air line that goes to one of the electric VSV valves on the air cleaner under the hood. Several oil change places have been guilty of pullling these off and not reconnecting them.

2002 Toyota Sienna Simphony - elect. rear slidding door won't open but does close

Might be similar - might not. I occasionally have this problem and a problem with closing at times. really bugs me as I cant recreate the problem. Here's what i do ( electronically unlock the door, then manually unlock and relock ( big tab at eye height on the door ) try, open door manually , close and repeat.
Not sure why it does this - but I think I have done this routine a dozen times over the years and something in the sequence gets it all thinking straight again. best of luck to you.

2000 Toyota Sienna passenger side door won't close

Its probably the motor reverse cycle going out.yes, you can repair it yourself, but alot easier to have a mechanic do it. It could be a headache . Good luck. Hope this helps.
