Question about 1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88

We recently bought a 1989 Olds Delta 88 and we cannot locate the knob/button for high beams. We have looked all over the dash and steering column but are unable to locate it. Can someone please assist in this please. Thanks

The fuse panel should be located under the dashboard, to the left of the steering column.

there is a Cclip type snap ring almost at the base of the handle remove it them pull the knob up watch for the spring

Need schematics for 1989 delta 88 royale steering column


steering columns are tricky bastards, even with schematic they are difficult ton rebuild, my advise is to carefully dissassemble and make notes, i have done many and you need patience, they only go back together one way and sometimes require installation of may parts at once and only in the proper order, have fun

Wanting to know the location of the camshaft position sensor


this 2 wire sensor is mounted on the passenger side of the motor just below the power steering pump. it is attached with a single tiny bolt.it can be removed without removing the p.s. pump with needle nose pliers
