Hi!!Check on your owners manual for the location of the radio fuses, there should be two, one that is hot at all times which keeps the clock and radio set (which may be the one blown) and the other one for the ignition switch. They should be on the under dash fuse panel.
Good luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Why time will not stay set

Sounds like a problem with the memory circuit. You have one circuit for memory and one to light up the display.

I change the time on the clock but when I turn the motor off and restart, the time goes back to the original time. How do I get it to keep the time after I change it?

does cigarette lighter work you most likely have a blown fuse in the memory of clock it is part of the stereo but has 2 fuses that function it, power and memory. If its in the radio/clock all presets on radio usually go out to, look for blown fuse.

When key is turned in the ignition nothing happens. The radio comes on, the lights come on and the dash lights up.

Battery is to low on charge to turn the engine over or the starter relay is bad.

How do i set the clock on a 2010 GMC Terrain. I went by the manual but it doesn't stay set.

Check for a daylight savings on/off setting in the user setup. Once you set it, cycle the key and see if it stays.

Clock will not stay reset. I tried to reset the clock for daylights savings. I am able to reset the time using the controls, however, when I leave the truck and then come back and start it agaiin, the time...

Its possible that you forgetted the last "enter" after to re-settign the clock? If you recetly upgrade this device, I suggest applied underwarranty system before to take off something.
