Question about 1992 Honda Accord
This can be caused by a few things, so lets start with the easiest first. Check your oil level, if the level is low, the light will flash. If that is to no avail, then I would recommend changing your oil, make sure you get some good oil, I would run any Mobil Oil products, and an oil filter. If this does not stop the light from illuminating, then I would recommend that you replace the oil sending unit. This is a switch that screws into the motor and registers your oil pressure. If the switch/sensor is faulty, then it will not give the correct pressure, and that will illuminate the oil light. The sending unit is not expensive and can be picked up at any auto parts store.
